Who We Are
We are the Center for Emergency Aid, Rehabilitation and Development (CONCERN) Inc., a non-stock, non-profit, non-government organization formed in 1986 by concerned individuals from the church, academe, professionals, and various sectors to comprehensively address and support the needs of disaster victims and communities at risk. We are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in 1988 (SEC No. 148410) and with the Department of Social Work and Development (DSWD SB-RL-00150-2015). We work hand-in-hand with the community organizations, with the support of our partners, to address not only the adverse effects of disasters, but also the underlying causes of people’s vulnerability through our various programs and projects.

We conduct capability building on Emergency Preparedness, DRR, Environment, Livelihood, Gender Sensitivity and more.

Reconstruction and Development
We build temporary shelters and assist in setting-up resilient and sustainable economic activities.
