Prevailing over disasters through people’s organized action

33 years of people-based development-oriented disaster interventions in the Philippines

Who We Are

We are the Center for Emergency Aid, Rehabilitation and Development (CONCERN) Inc., a non-stock, non-profit, non-government organization formed in 1986 by concerned individuals from the church, academe, professionals, and various sectors to comprehensively address and support the needs of disaster victims and communities at risk. We are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in 1988 (SEC No. 148410) and with the Department of Social Work and Development (DSWD SB-RL-00150-2015).
